This vintage with a dark red robe reveals aromas of very ripe small black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberries), and slightly woody and vanilla notes due to its aging for 7 months in barrels.
Serve at 15 - 16° with poultry, roasted white meats, red meats or game.

The soil is made up of pink granite, typical of the Cru Fleurie.

Alcoholic fermentation under temperature control.
