Palate: Delicate, supple, mineral, and fruity. Brouilly is one of the finest and most easy drinking wine from Beaujolais crus.

After a few years in the cellar, it becomes riper and more complex.

This Brouilly is produced in the commune of Cercié. There are different types of soil: the vines located closest to Mont Brouilly benefit from the presence of blue granite of volcanic origin that makes up the hill. The soil of the plots located further north is made up of foothills and sandier alluvium.
Hand-harvested as soon as the grapes are fully ripe in early September.
Semi-carbonic maceration for 7 to 8 days (partially destemmed bunches) in concrete and stainless steel vats before pressing.
Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation.
Malolactic fermentation is 100% complete.
Bottled in early spring.
