Purple color with aromas of ripe red fruits and spice properties. The mouth is round, elegant and fruity. Medium-bodied.
Serve cool enough 12 to 13 °, it goes well with poultry and small game birds.

This Brouilly is produced in the commune of Cercié. There are different types of soil : vineyards located close to the Mont Bouilly benefit from the presence of blue granite, rich in magnesium and of volcanic origin that makes up the hill. Further, the land resulting from alluvial deposits are more sandy.
