Terroir

The vineyards of the Coteaux du Lyonnais extends into two main areas for about ten kilometers from Lyon around Arbresle north and south Brignais. The Coteaux du Lyonnais are limited to the east by the Rhone and the Saone, on the west by the mountains of the Lyonnais and north and south by the vineyards of Beaujolais and Côtes du Rhône. The vineyards cover about 370 hectares cultivated, representing production of approximately 22,000 hectoliters.

Winemaking

Harvested grapes are vatted without crushing. The wine is obtained by semi-carbonic maceration of the grapes. Pressing is carried out after 5-7 days of maceration.
